Delete your Snazzlebop account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, on the website or in the Snazzlebop app. It takes effect straight away.

How to delete it

1. Sign in at snazzlebop.com or in the Snazzlebop app.
2. Open your account (the Me tab), then the Security tab.
3. Tap Delete account, type your password (and your authenticator code, if you use one), then tap Delete forever.

What is deleted

Straight away and for good: your account, sign-in methods and email; your look, coins, power-ups, quests, XP, ratings and season points; your game results, battles, friends, blocks, club memberships, inbox and devices.

What is kept

Safety reports stay, no longer linked to any account, so moderators can finish handling them. Paddle keeps the payment record for any purchase as long as tax law requires. Database backups are overwritten as they roll over.
